4. University and Partner Relationships

Prosper is a British Council registered certified agent and an authorised partner of aggregator networks including KC Overseas Education, ApplyBoard, and Adventus, providing access to a network of partner universities. Our recommendations are made in good faith based on your profile and goals. However:

• Final admission decisions, scholarship decisions, and conditions of offer rest entirely with universities.

• Final visa decisions rest entirely with the immigration authority of the relevant destination country.

• Information about university programs, fees, scholarships, and entry requirements is published by the universities themselves and may change without notice. We make no warranty about the current accuracy of such information at any given time.

Prosper is paid by university partners as an authorised placement agent in accordance with the standard practice of the international student recruitment industry. This commercial arrangement does not change the substance of our recommendations, which are made based on the fit between your profile and goals and the universities best suited to you.

5. Testimonials, Reviews, Case Studies and Social Proof

Testimonials, student stories, video reviews, written reviews, case studies, and social proof shared on our website, social media platforms, paid advertising, email communications, or any other channel reflect the individual experiences and outcomes of specific people in specific circumstances. They are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to represent or guarantee that any other person will achieve the same or similar results.
