The position

Prosper applies to two to three carefully matched universities for each student we represent, chosen on profile fit, academic alignment, and post-graduation trajectory. Every application is reviewed before submission against a 95% confidence threshold. This is not a constraint we work around. It is the standard the firm was founded on, and it is why students who pass our admissions review go on to receive offers nine times in ten.
We work the way our founders worked at the institutions that built them: Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Westpac. Suncorp. Nokia. MAS Holdings. The Sri Lankan Ministry of Defence. The standards that hold in those rooms now hold here.

Earlier in his career before moving to Australia, Lasantha led procurement programmes valued at LKR 14.5Bn+ at the Sri Lankan Ministry of Defence, reporting directly to the most senior levels of leadership. The credibility he carries today was built across both countries.
