"I've been burned by agents before"
Wasted money, wasted time, false promises. You've already paid one or two agents. One disappeared, another ghosted. Now you're cautious, and rightly so.
02
"The more I research, the more confused I get"
Too many steps, too many documents, too many conflicting opinions. The more you research, the more confused you feel.
03
"I've tried and failed before"
Failed IELTS. Rejected application. Visa refusal. You're carrying a setback and wondering if the UK is still possible for you.
04
"I'm worried about my money"
Deposits, show money, living costs, health insurance. The numbers keep shifting depending on who you ask. You need one honest figure, not five different estimates.
05
"I don't know who to trust"
Facebook groups full of conflicting advice. Agents making big promises. University websites that assume you already understand UK rules. Somewhere in all that noise, there has to be a straight answer.
06
"I'm running out of time"
You've watched two batches of friends leave for the UK. You're still researching. Every month you wait, you're a year older and a year behind.
Take our eligibility check, answer all the questions in under 2 minutes. You'll know instantly whether you qualify for the September 2026 or a future intake is a better fit. No guessing, no chasing.
Speak with a specialist advisor. We map your academic profile, financial position, and career goals against the UK universities where you'll actually win, not just any university that accepts applications.
We collect your documents and submit your application within a day. Offer letters typically arrive within 1-2 weeks from most partner universities.
Pay your university deposit (typically £5,000 to £8,000). Arrange your funds (known as show money) for the 28-day bank hold. We guide every step with the correct process.
Once your deposit is paid and show money is in place, we handle your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) application. This includes document verification, university interviews, and the official CAS Letter from your university.
We prepare your complete visa application, guide you through Statement of Purpose (SOP), required documents and the biometric appointment, and coach you through any interview. UK standard visa processing runs 2-3 weeks.
Pre-departure briefing, accommodation guidance, airport pickup coordination, and first-week UK support. You land in the UK with a plan, not a panic.

These are not written testimonials. Every student below sat down on camera and shared their journey with Prosper. Watch a few stories. Decide for yourself.
Every question below comes from many students and families who've reached out to Prosper. Here are the honest answers — before you book a call.
Sri Lankan students typically need LKR 6 to 10 million accessible, either in your account or your parents' account. This covers the university deposit (£5,000 to £8,000), visa and health insurance (around LKR 700,000), and show money for the 28-day bank hold under UK visa rules. Russell Group universities and Central London campuses typically require LKR 12 to 16 million. If your funds aren't yet ready, we can show you the pathways: education loans, scholarship stacking, or future intake that gives you more time.
Not always. Four qualification paths exist for Sri Lankan students: O/L English (C pass), A/L English (S pass), a bachelor's degree taught in English at a Sri Lankan state university, or a bachelor's from a UK-affiliated Sri Lankan university. Waiver eligibility varies by university and programme. Our eligibility assessment confirms what applies to you based on your documents and target universities.
Not for taught masters programmes or below. UK rules changed in 2024 and dependents are only allowed for research masters and PhD candidates. Most Sri Lankan students go for one-year taught masters (MSc, MA), which means single applicants only. If you're targeting a PhD or Research MA/MSc, dependents remain allowed.
UK taught masters and undergraduate graduates qualify for a Graduate Route visa of 18 months after completing their programme. Doctoral (PhD) students qualify for up to 3 years. This allows you to work for any UK employer without sponsorship while you pursue longer-term work visas or sponsorship opportunities. Eligibility is subject to UK Home Office policy and successful completion of your programme.
For funded applicants with funds already in place, 6 to 10 weeks from sign-on to visa approval. For students arranging funds during the process, 10 to 14 weeks. We submit applications within 24 hours of document collection. Offer letters typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks from partner universities.
What if my academic grades aren't strong?
We've placed students across a wide range of academic profiles. The UK system evaluates your complete application — academics, professional experience, personal statement, and fit with the programme. A stronger GPA opens more doors, but lower GPAs are workable with the right university match and strong professional experience. Your eligibility assessment maps your specific profile against the universities where you'll win.
What scholarships are available?
Our partner universities offer scholarships ranging from £2,500 to £5,000 (sometimes even up to £7,500) for Sri Lankan students, with higher awards in select cases. Eligibility depends on your academic and professional profile. These are not advertised widely. Part of our process is identifying every scholarship you qualify for before your application is submitted.
Do I have to pay Prosper anything?
Our consultation is provided without charge. We'll explain the complete process and answer all financial questions on your strategy call.
What universities do you work with?
We hold authorised placement access to over 100 UK universities across England, Scotland, and Wales. Your strategy advisor matches you to the universities where your profile wins — based on your academic background, budget, and career goals.
More than 9 out of 10 Prosper students who pass our eligibility assessment receive UK university offers. The first step is two minutes. The next step is a private strategy call with a specialist who knows exactly which universities fit your profile."
